13. PC connectivity problems
Make sure that the correct PC connectivity program is installed and running
on your PC. See chapter 4 "Computer connectivity" on page 39.
Check the cable or infrared connection used. If you use an infrared
connection, the IR ports must be facing each other.
Check that you are using the correct COM port.
